Give your child a summer they’ll never forget! Our hands-on camps offer kids the chance to connect with horses, learn about care and compassion, and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Campers spend time grooming, interacting with our rescue horses, participating in themed activities, and enjoying plenty of outdoor fun.
2026 Camp Options:
Little Rescuers Camp (Ages 5–8): Perfect for young horse lovers and first-time campers. Camp time runs from 9am-3pm.
(2026 Dates available June 25 or July 30)
Junior Rescuers Camp (Ages 9 and up): A deeper look into horse care, teamwork, and the world of equine rescue. Camp time runs from 9am - 3pm
(2026 Dates available July 9, 16, or 23)
Full payment due at the time of booking.
NOTE: CHILD WILL NEED TO BRING A LUNCH, lunch will not be provided by North Winds Rescue.
Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:
If there is a significant risk of inclement weather we may consider rescheduling- at which time we will provide alternate available date options. We need a minimum of 5 participants to proceed with the camp, if there is less than 5, we will inquire if participants can move to another day with openings.
If you cancel 14 days prior to camp date $50 will be considered a non-refundable donation to the rescue horses. Canceling inside the 14 days prior to the camp date, the entire amount will be considered a non-refundable donation to the rescue horses. If you need to switch dates, an alternate date may be offered if space allows. In the event that WE cancel camp, an alternate date will be offered, if the alternate date does not fit your schedule, a full refund will be issued.
