Our Rescue Leadership Program is a hands-on workshop designed for youth ages 11 and older who want to build leadership skills, learn responsibility, and become future volunteers at our camps. Participants will explore communication, teamwork, empathy, and safe behavior around horses—all in a supportive, confidence-building environment.
This program is required to be a Junior Leader (ages 11-12), Leader (ages 12-13), Junior Counselor (ages 13-14) or a Counselor (ages 14 and up) for camps dates in 2026.
Full payment of due at the time of booking.
NOTE: CHILD WILL NEED TO BRING A SNACK AND WATER BOTTLE, food will not be provided by North Winds Rescue.
Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:
This program will run rain or shine. If you cancel before May 22, 2026 $100 will be considered a non-refundable donation to the rescue horses.. After May 22, 2026 $200 will considered non-refundable donation to the rescue horses. Dates for the leadership program can not be changed.
